Three ways to recruit.

Most recruitment tools give you filters and outreach. That can work, but you're the one tweaking settings, scrolling through creator profiles, watching their videos, and deciding whether each one is worth reaching out to. That can be a very slow process, and if you don't know which filters to set for your specific category, you're learning by trial and error while your competitors are already recruiting.

Recruit has filters too. But in Scout and Swarm mode the AI has already watched the creator's content and read their audience before you see a single name. It knows what converts for your type of product. Pick whichever mode fits what you're doing and switch whenever you want.
