Agreement
Viscacha ("we", "us") operates viscacha.ai and the products and services available through it. By using our site or any of our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Our products and services
We offer AI-powered products and services for businesses. Some are available now, others are in development. Features, availability, and pricing may change. We don't guarantee launch dates for products in development, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time.
Your account
Some of our products may require you to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Communications
By providing your email or other contact information — whether through a waitlist, account signup, or any other form — you consent to receive communications from us, including promotional, transactional, and product-related messages through any channel. You can opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our products or services. This includes attempting to access systems you're not authorized to use, interfering with other users, reverse engineering our software, or using our products for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual property
All content on this site and within our products — text, design, code, logos, models, and media — belongs to Viscacha unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission. By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing content through our products, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting our products and services.
Payment
Some of our products are paid services. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Pricing may change at any time. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase or required by law.
No warranties
Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viscacha is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of our site or products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
